Jorge Ramírez
CEO Mobility
As our leader in mobility, Jorge has developed brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Ford, Volkswagen, Xpeng, and Yamaha over the past 30 years. In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, he ensures that the best team supports the ownership experience. His 25-year career has included building Costa Rica’s best service network and internationalizing Grupo Purdy. In addition to his work as a Systems Engineer, Jorge holds an MBA from INCAE and a master’s degree in strategic studies from Columbia Business School.
Rodrigo Volio
CEO FINANCE & REAL ESTATE
Rodrigo has a deep understanding and experience in corporate finance, M&A and business restructuring. He possesses strong analytical and strategic acumen to facilitate business expansion. Rodrigo successfully executed over 20 mergers and acquisitions while leading the negotiation and valuation process. He also leads the family office investment portfolio and oversees each company’s finances and operations.

Mariano has more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, categories and companies. He has ample strength and background in business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing. Mariano holds an MBA, mayor in Sales and Marketing from University of Costa Rica and an Executive Education from Kellogg School of Management.
